ReplyDeleteWhat a yummy week you have ahead of you! I am enticed by that red chicken--I will have to make that sometime! :)
ReplyDeleteThat red chicken recipe we call "carolina" or "catalina" chicken. The first time I made it I was looking for the apricot jam and an older woman asked me if that was the recipe I was planning to make. She told me it was an "old southern recipe." We love it and I often have it for guests, served with a moist corn bread (loaded with --oh dear--melted butter, sour cream, corn, and jiffy corn bread mix)
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winners! Yvonne, I can't wait to try Red Chicken (think that will be a family favorite) and many of these other delicious recipes. YUM!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the winners! Thanks for the mention, Yvonne!
