ON THE MENU MONDAY!
I love this time of year! Mostly because the weather is heading towards warmer days... and the ground is waking up and becoming alive with new growth!!!
My little herb garden is full of wispy spring-green shoots of chives and tiny green mint leaves that will lend wonderful fresh flavors to our table!
I want to dig in the dirt... clean up the debris of winter... and start planting early crops in the veggie garden.
AND I am looking forward to doing most of my cooking on a grill! Almost all food tastes better done that way!!!!
