Love The Star of Bethlehem, Yvonne! My eyes went right to that plate and that was it! What an extremely generous giveaway; they are all gorgeous.

I just love the Star of Bethlehem plates. Regardless of whether I win or not, these would be beautiful to give as gifts along with the "Star of Bethlehem" DVD. An amazing program that was on Christian TV a couple of years ago. It was an amazing documentary.

I enlarged several of the different scenes...such a lovely depiction of the birth of Christ! Of course, each piece is beautiful but I love the nativity scene on the large oval platter. The verse in Isaiah is one of my favorites!!!

ReplyDeletewhat i love about this dinnerware is that it has so much blue in it. so much christmas dinnerware is in the traditional red and green, and my dishes are mostly blue and white. although difficult to choose, i think my favorite scene is 'heavenly host' and i'm a follower and fan of stone gable. a wonderful, generous give-away, yvonne!

ReplyDeleteI love your blog. Your pictures are always wonderful. I have read a number of your tutorials. I tried to open the one for homemade vanilla extract. This is the message that I get and I cannot get any further, "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (lhttp) isn't associated with any program." Is there a problem with this. I would truly love to make some vanilla extract.
