Happy Mother's Day Yvonne! Thank you for featuring my Pear Vinaigrette and Lemon Chive butter this week, what a lovely Mother's Day gift! I am definitely adding Cool Ranch Coleslaw and Artichoke Chicken over angel hair to my menu this week and hopefully the scallop with the lemon wine reduction, that sounds divine! You and Mary are the queens of cooking with flowers, I just wait and admire all the lovely things you create with them!

I shared my recipe for Cauliflower "Crabcakes", and forgot that the linkie doesn't recognize the quotation mark - oops! It's just titled Cauliflower now :) These are little vegetable cakes that don't contain any seafood, just the spices that one would normally use in a crabcake. They're delicious, and much more interesting than their one-word title would suggest!
