WOW FACTOR DESSERT SERIES, PART II

WOW Factor Dessert Shooters:

In my search to find delicious, easy and impressive looking desserts, aka WOW Factor Desserts I feel like I have struck gold! These little gems of goodness are rediculously simple to put together and almost guiltless because they are just a taste! To see last weeks Wow Factor Dessert click HERE.

To make these bite sized desserts you need only use your imagination. No recipe is really necessary. Just a formula.

Crust, cake or crumble + pudding, custard, or glaze + whippped cream + fruit or syrup + more whipped cream or icing.
and VOILA... a WOW of a dessert!

The best part about making this dessert is that I used all store bought  items- no big preparation. The only thing I would have done differently would be to make my own whipped cream and pipe it onto the dessert. I bought canned whipped cream but it got too runny. Live and learn!

  16. Great idea and you've made them look so decorative as well as delicious! You wouldn't eat them like real "shooters" would you? I'm picturing a really pretty tiny spoon? I just might have to try my hand at these!

  28. What a fantastic idea! Your little glasses are adorable, too. My husband brought home a red velvet loaf cake, and it turned upside-down and smashed the icing. I will make RV shooters for him. :-)

  41. Okay, I'd like to know where you can find spoons small enough to eat these with.....surely they are too gooey to "shoot".

    ReplyDelete

    1. No, you do not "shoot" these desserts. I have slender tea spoons that work great! Look for them at antique or vintage stores.
