Sunday Scripture
Overlooking the Valley of Meggido~ Israel
... For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart.
The good man out of his good treasure brings forth what is good: and the evil man out of his evil treasure brings forth what is evil.
And I say to you, that every careless word that men shall speak, they shall render account for it in the day of judgement.
For by your words you shall be justified, and by your wrods you shall be condemned.
Matthew 12:34-36
Beautiful scripture and photo, Yvonne. Have a blessed Sunday.

ReplyDeleteOuch...thanks for the reminder to guard our tongues. Have a wonderfully blessed week! Patty
ReplyDeleteYou know I love your Sunday scriptures! Our company just left, so we had a quiet service on the porch! We served your granola and it was a HUGE hit! I had to pass the recipe to my sister to make for her family! We all loved it! Can I post about it and link back to your granola post for the recipe? It was just so nice to have breakfast on the counter for those early birds! Thank you! I love the scripture above! I keep a little notebook of great scriptures to share with my children. This will be great to add to the ones about 'dirty' talk! See http://booandbudroo.blogspot.com/2010/07/what-pours-from-your-mouth.html! Have a wonderful and quiet day!
ReplyDeleteJust heading off to church and enjoyed the reflective moment your scripture passage brought. God's blessings to you this Sunday!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful scripture, thank you for sharing that with us today. I hope you are keeping dry at your home today, if it is raining there, we are having a lot of rain today. I am finding it very peaceful and comforting just like your beautiful post.
