SHADES OF SPRING GREEN TABLESCAPE

When I think of Spring... I think of GREEN... in all of it's glorious shades and tones!

Today's tablescape pays homage to the beautiful greens of Spring.

Experts say that all greens work well together... and for the most part I find that to be true.

So, I'm playing with Spring greens and setting a relaxed and breezy table with a big splash and pop another color that also loves to play with green...

ORANGE!

Today's table is part of...

The tables in this showcase have been wonderfully full of Springtime inspiration!

A list of the blogs participating is listed at the end of this post. I'm sure you will want to visit them all!!!!

Today's table is set for a casual luncheon with friends!

Woven place mats from Pottery Barn reflect the informality!

White and green dishes are topped off with a green tone-on-tone napkin and white handled utensils (HomeGoods).

The napkin (Stein Mart) is so easy to fold and looks great tied up with garden twine.

Each guest at the table gets their own personal baguette!

Each baguette is wrapped in parchment paper and tied up with twine...

And a sprig of thyme continues the Spring green theme...

Green bubble glasses (HomeGoods) add another bright splash of this table's signature color!

The centerpiece is a profusion of orange tulips...

Three glass cube vases are wrapped in twine, filled with tulips and placed on a large white tray (HomeGoods).

Green eggs are scattered on the tray as well.

The menu, like the table, is full of Springtime offerings too...

Please stop by and visit all the tables decked out in their Spring best...

  26. Yvonne, you always create the most beautiful tables, and this one is a perfect tribute to the colors of spring. I like to use different greens together. My shade garden is mostly a mix of different greens and textures. Very little of any other color, just white blooms and the occasional pop of lavender or purple. The mini baguettes are a fun touch. I'm off to pin some of these ideas. Thanks for the inspiration.
