SPICY BBQ OVEN RIBS

Oh YUMMY! I love ribs!!!

...their fall of the bone goodness and scrumptious BBQ flavor!

Did you know they are sooooo easy to make too?

When my family gathers together this is our new favorite meal...

The secret to making the ribs is in the rub... BBQ rub!

This rub works so great on all meat. I've used it on chicken, pork and beef... It's so good that I mix up a big batch and keep it in the pantry.

We call it MAGIC RUB !

Click HERE for the recipe.

STONEGABLE SPICY BBQ OVEN RIBS
2 racks of baby back or St Louis style pork ribs

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Cut off two large pieces of aluminum foil... large enough to wrap up each rack of ribs.

Put each rack of ribs on the foil and rub both sides of the ribs liberally with MAGIC RUB.

use more than pictured here..., I was just getting started!

Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in the foil and put the racks on a rimmed baking sheet.

Bake for 2 hours.

At this point the ribs are done and fall off the bone good!

We like to fire up the grill and give them a little char on each side for about 5 minutes.

Like I said...

OH YUMMY!

Need a side to serve with your ribs?  Here are a few...

Caprese Towers

ONION GRUYERE MUFFIN TIN POTATO STACKS

PANZANELLA SALAD

Remember, finger licking is not only allowed... it's encouraged!

  6. Would you please consider making your wonderful recipes printer friendly, I prefer not to print all the pictures as it takes so much paper and ink. Thanks, these sound great, can't wait to try them.
