SOFT AS A CLOUD LAYETTE GIVEAWAY


It's time for a giveaway!

But not just any giveaway... one very near and dear to my heart...



This beautiful layette is an original design and handmade by dear friend Kim... from kimbermouse



The layette is the perfect outfit for baby's homecoming from the hospital and first ventures out in the world!







It is 100 percent soft-as-a-cloud cotton and comes in one size that fits 0-6 mos.

The layette set is machine washable and dries wonderfully in the dryer! It may look sweet and delicate... but it wears like iron!


Look at the lovely detail... the little rolled hat brim...






and the sweet pewter teddy bear button closure...









and the box pleat in the back of the sweater, giving it an A-line fit. Adorable!!!!

I can most highly recommend Kim's beautiful knit pieces... my children wore dozens of her sweaters over the years!

    This is just so beautiful! I used to have aunts who knit and unfortunately, they have all passed away and we do have a few small pieces here and there that we still have, but this is just so beautiful a set- it truly is the start of atradition and I would love to have this to put away for my daughter for "someday"- when she has a baby!     I've been a follower for quite awhile - love it! My niece Elsie was born 2 weeks ago - at 23 weeks gestation, so she wouldn't fit into this for a long time! Her mom has started a blog to document her sweet life...she is truly a miracle!
