Gail at FAITHFULNESS FARM has been a blogging friend of mine since I started blogging three years ago.  She is a wonderful cook... and now shares mostly lo-carb foods and recipes. I love eating lo-carb and often get so many good recipes and inspiration from her!  She talks about her FAVORITE FAST FOOD and shares a recipe for CHICKEN ROASTED POBLANO ALFREDO BAKE. This is on my must-try list!








Cathy from WIVES WITH KNIVES made these delicious bites of Christmas called, MY MOM'S RUGELEH. I'm making these for Christmas brunch!!! They looks scrumptious!









I'm all about easy the week before Christmas... but I also want deliciousness too! These ROOT BEER PULLED PORK SANDWICHES from Kelly at SEMI HOMEMADE MOM fills both requirements! It's a slow cooker recipe that does most of the work while we finish up last minute Christmas prep!










How does PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM sound! Like Christmas? Wow... this is a frosty sweet treat from Lisa at SIMPLY... THIS, THAT AND THE OTHER'S hubby! What a "sweet" guy!








Gloria from CANELA KITCHEN made these wonderful little CAPRESE TARTLETS. I love almost any bite sized food. Aren't these so cute!

  12. Thanks, Yvonne! Now, I'm hungry after looking at this appetizing food! I don't know if it's because I live alone, but I always end up eating the same thing. I'm tired of it, really. Perhaps I should try something new although I did try a chicken recipe last week and loved it. I do love to cook. It's just that being alone, sometimes it's limiting!

  15. How fun to see my Pasta e Fagioli as one of the featured dishes. I always keep containers of this in the freezer and begin to panic when I start to get low. It's very easy and so delicious.
