Thanks, Chris and Abby for sharing this special time with your families!

This week I'll try to get my feet to touch the ground... and start Thanksgiving prep.  Our home will be full of friends and family... so I have a lot of planning and work to do before they arrive!

These tasty INDIVIDUAL VEGGIE QUICHE CUPS TO GO are a wonderful breakfast. I make this same recipe and they are so delicious!  A big thanks to Tracey at THE KITCHEN IS MY PLAYGROUND for sharing.

There are just some foods that make me pay attention... and Stove Top Stuffing is one (no judging please!) Lynn at HAPPIER THAN A PIG IN MUD shared these STOVE TOP STUFFING MEATBALL APPETIZERS. What a yummy brilliant idea!

Tigahen at HALF BAKED HARVEST made these heavenly looking SOURDOUGH BREAD BOWLS. These are on my must-make list! Sooooooo good!

I am a cookie lover... and a coffee lover. Look at these luscious CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE STICKS... perfect for dunking in coffee or tea or milk or hot chocolate. You can get the recipe for these yummy cookies at BUTTER YUM. Thanks, Pat! I think they would make the perfect holiday hostess gift!

I shared these fun and easy PUFF PASTRY LEAVES last week. I love to use them instead of croutons, and toppings. They can be made both savory and sweet!

  37. My favorite Thanksgiving tip comes from my mom. She bakes the turkey the day before the holiday, carves it, and puts it in a wonderful herbed marinade. On Thanksgiving day, there is no turkey mess to clean up and the white meat is so moist and flavorful. It really takes a lot of the stress out of the holiday.
