Yvonne, Hope you had a most wonderful Christmas! I am looking to make an appetizer with red pepper jelly. Do you think a phyllo cup, cream cheese and topped with the jelly would be good? Would you bake it all together or just the cups first and then add the cheese and jelly after they are out of the oven. Help! Please and thanks!!!
Merry Christmas Yvonne. It's now the 28th and I'm enjoying some downtime and getting to visit some of my favorite bloggers. Don't take this the wrong way, but I'm actuall happy to see that you haven't posted this week. Hopefully that means you're enjoying time with your family at this most wonderful time of the year. Hope that yours was blessed and that your Christmas spirit continues.
