Abraham's well, Beersheba Israel
And Abraham believed God and it was counted to him as righteousness. Genesis 15:6
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believed in Him should not die, but have eternal life.
For God did not sent the Son into the world to judge the world but that the world should be saved through Him. John 3:16-17, Spoken by Jesus

Sometimes its the verses we are most familiar with that we need to reflect on. Thank you for this inspirational post when I am home sick from church this morning. It seems a strange Sunday today with it being Reformation Day, Halloween and my son's 22nd birthday!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo. Praising God that our righteousness isn't based upon our own works, but upon trusting in Jesus's perfect work!
